Isonit Thermal insulation roofcoating

Isonit Thermal is roofpaint containing hollow microspheres, which provides
an insulating eff ect to the surface.
Can be used for mineral surfaces such as concrete tiles, fibercement and
others.
Isonit Thermal provides good covering, hydrophobic properties and dirt
resistance to the surface.

Use and application:

The surface must be cleaned with Iso A-Clean and when dry, Isonit Thermal is
applied in 2 steps.
1) Isonit Thermal is diluted with up to 20% water and applied.
2) Isonit Thermal is applied undiluted.

Recommendation: Always make a test coat to ensure the compatability of
product and surface.

Technical Data:

Composition: Waterbased polyurethane modified acrylic.
Colours: Anthracite, mocha, tile red, dark brown and maroon.
Density: 1,10-1,2 g/ml
Dry content: appr. 50 w/w% and 45 w/v%
Gloss: Spreading rate: 4-6 appr. m/l
Dilution: max 20 % water
Drying time: 1-2 hours by 20°C and 60% RH.
Application conditions: The temperature must be 5- 30 °C and max. 80%
RH (humidity)
Application method: brush, roller or airless spray
Cleaning: water
VOC: max. 40 g/l (Cat. A/c)
Storage: Cool, but free of frost in closed containers and out the reach of
children.
